Patrick joined forces with Drop Trio in the spring of 2004. Patrick studied jazz with Larry Slezak and composition with Richard Lavenda at Rice in Houston. Patrick lives in Fort Worth. He's also been known to update his blog once in a while.

In addition to playing bass, Patrick is also a marathon runner, fluent Spanish speaker, and a volunteer for Houston Taping for the Blind and TALA.
